About the author Lü Shaojie is Chief Physician and Director of the Acupuncture Department, Xiangyang Hospital, Hubei Province. Now with more than 25 years of clinical experience, Doctor Lü has undertaken much clinical research in acupuncture and has written several books on the treatment of musculoskeletal and nervous system disorders, with some already translated into English and German.
